Please help! 6 week old chick scratching ear!

Her name is nugget and she keeps scratching her ear and her toe is bleeding. We cleaned the blood and it stopped but she keeps scratching. The others do not mind and I do not see and lice or mites but not sure what to do! Any help appreciated!
