I have 3 roosters for 12 hens, I know too many, but the head rooster is aggressive towards me sometimes and aggressive towards everyone else all the time. I have tried everything from lightly kicking him around the yard to holding him til he gives to holding him by the feet. Im not a fan of most of these techniaues. My question is, if I put him in the stew pot will the other roosters pick up this behavior once they become head cock? The other roosters avoid me so far and seem to be good to the ladies.

I have never been in your particular situation and then hung onto the other roosters after getting rid of one of them, so I can't really advise you specifically.

However, each rooster is an individual and thus you can't really predict exactly what they will do.

Your alpha rooster is dangerous to humans from what you describe, and should be removed from your flock. You don't want to wait until he spurs you in the leg or gets someone's eye damaged.

I would advise offering your other boys treats such as a little scratch or birdseed to try to make friends with them after the alpha is gone, and let them take the credit as they call the girls over.
