Tough call, If the baby isn't moving at all or making any noises it most likely passed, you could widen the hole further to see what happened if you are sure it's not alive. Sorry for your loss if she did pass, these things happen.

There’s a part in the middle that is harder and a little pokey but I don’t know if that’s it for sure
