Please help, Back again with the same hen

As far as updates, I have given wormer this week and have also began adding ACV for all the chickens water which they love by the way. I have not seen the striking neon green poop in days which I am pleased about.

I was pretty glad because my girl seemed to be pretty good and active and interacting with the others well so I was thinking that we were in the clear. I noticed some poop build up on feathers (which I remember came up in the last thread that she could be prone to this).

I have seen some that she has kinda held her tail funny like down more, but otherwise pretty typical behavior. Her crop has been empty in the morning and she has appeared to be joining the others in food and drink.

This evening, I went down to check on them and she was the only one not outside and was already in the coop. When I opened the coop door, she was already on the roost and was standing funny like she was hot with her wings held away from her body (not panting though). I brought her right inside to see what was going on.

She pooped twice the first looked normal enough, a bit watery maybe, but we had a very hot day yesterday so I figured maybe she had been drinking more. Her crop didn’t seem full at all so I am wondering if she hadn’t eaten much today or or at least much in the latter part of the day.

i offered some stuff to her to see if she would eat and drink which she happily had some of everything (all flock feed, oyster shells, plain water, save a chick, and some plain Greek yogurt). She has a full crop now and seems alright other than the droopy tail as far as I can tell.

what does it seem like could be going on here? I’m worried that there is an issue I’m not seeing because this is a bit odd. I want to be sure I’m doing all I can to help.

Also she still seems to be preening and I felt to see if she was egg bound and didn’t feel anything there (I’ve never checked for this so I’m unsure here).

It’s still early but I noticed this morning she has a few times held her mouth open like panting. She doesn’t seem to be doing it now so I’m not sure what that was. I got a picture of the overnight poops as well as one of the times I happened to catch her doing that panting.

I checked and this morning was the first time that I felt she had a full crop in the morning. I feel dumb because she was accidentally around food for about 10 minutes before I realized, but it doesn’t look like she even went over by the food and it hasn’t been disturbed as I can tell. That being said, I cannot know for sure. It seems firm but not huge like maybe golf ball size. She last ate at around 11pm and I checked just after 5am for reference.

As a further update, I removed food for the morning and her crop has softened back up and she has been pooping so I don’t have reason to suspect impaction I suppose. I haven’t seen her do any more of the panting either. She is still holding her tail down and has a pale comb, she is not holding her wings out anymore like she did yesterday evening.
