PLEASE HELP CHICK DYING

Yesterday we had a chick hatch but today something is seriously wrong .it was just eating and then it started to shake it’s head and gasp.He’s throwing his head high and it looks like he’s trying to breathe or make a noise.It’s also rolling round in discomfort and shaking his head.he wont drink,please help with your advise as soon as you see this we would really appreciate it. We really need your help what should we do?please help!
