PLEASE help! Chicken w/watery eye& Roo with something on his comb-PICS

There both almost 5 months old and the flock of 5 seem to be fine--were ALL completely fine days ago and then today I noticed this on Roo's comb...it was PERFECT before!? Looks like mold!?

THEN, I saw my EE girl and her eye is WATERY...like a watery discharge!? No smell to it and they all eat/drink/act normal but I'm SO SCARED! I've never even given antibiotics??? WHAT DO I DO!

OMG-what do I do? How do I treat them? It says theres no treatment? Are they doomed...then it says they should be vaccinated which I did when they were chicks but I suppose that was only for Mereks and they needed this?

It is HOTTTT here in FL...off to search for more info...
