Our favorite girl sounds like a squeaky toy, is shaking her head, has isolated from the flock, and I also noticed a "grumbling stomach" sound while holding her. What's going on??

Does she sound like she is sneezing? Head shaking and sneezing sound like a respiratory infection, possibly infectious bronchitis or MG. Were you accidentally squeezing her crop when holding her? It may have been her crop, or bowel sounds (intestines working.)
Can you see any watery eyes with bubbles or drainage? Tylan 50 injectable can be given for MG, but if she has bronchitis, that is a virus, and antibiotics will not help.
