Please help - Exchequer chick with lump below vent

Hi. We just received new chicks from Meyers on Tuesday and we were cleaning the vent of our exchequer and noticed this irritated lump. Has anyone ever seen this before? Any thoughts on what to do would be greatly appreciated. We really do not want to lose this chick.

This is the umbilicus and probably will retract some more within a few days.
Just disinfect it carefully and use antibiotic spray (BluKote is fine) and keep it on clean towels or bedsheets for a few days.
