Please help! - female hen NEVER laid eggs - would like advice on how best to raise

Well.. How 'high in protein' is the feed you are giving her? If it's above 23% or so, you could use small seeds as a treat - a budgie mix for instance. They usually love seeds, but they are too low in protein, so if the feed is a little on the low end already I wouldn't use them, but 23% protein or above should give you room for a few low protein treats. Just make sure she has grit available if you feed her seeds, otherwise she might not digest them properly.
