This is my first time hatching eggs. I am a kindergarten teacher so the incubator is at school. With that being said... its hard to turn the eggs 3 times a day. What do you suggest I do? We got 12 eggs and I really hope at least one hatches or I will have 25 upset children!

Hi my niece was doing the same thing at her school 2 times a day will be fine once in morning and when you leave she had a 80% hatch and I had to take the chicks lol

Yes, 2 times a day will be sufficient. I have a full time job, and a tendency to incubate more eggs than my auto turner can handle. So, in my incubator without the turner, I turn when I can. Sometimes that's 3 times a day, when I can, but its usual 2 on days that I work.

I've seen threads on BYC where folks haven't turned their eggs at all and still have chicks hatch
