Please help, hen laid an egg and had blood on the ground!

I have an Old English Game hen, she is around 4 years old. She hasnt laid an egg since I have had her (About 5 months?). She laid her 1st egg this morning. I watched her lay it. Then I went to go get it and it had blood on it. There was a little puddle right by it too. Will she be alright?

I've had some hens lay an egg with a little blood on them. And the hens where just fine.

if you're not finding more puddles, I wouldn't worry.

-are you sure she is 4 years old?
-was the egg complete (meaning did it have a yolk)?

Yeah shes an older hen. I think its just cause she hasnt laid an egg in a while. Im not to worried, just wanted to make sure and the egg was actually pretty big for an OEG. It was a complete egg =]
