Please help hen with swollen abdomen

1/2 year old suxxex pullet she has had a swollen abdomen for roughly 3 weeks and it’s getting worse I was on a trip for a week and it got larger I have it narrowed down to internal laying or fatty Liver-Hemorrhagic we have 15 chickens one rooster and they are not free ranged but have space their food just started getting put out in the morning until 10:00 then sprinkled around the coop

- came from a hatchery

- trouble breathing when running around

How is her belly feeling? Rock hard or more like a back of water?
How is her posture?
