Please help! Honking/coughing pullet!

Started two days ago. She stretches her neck out n lets out a honk. But sometimes it sounds more cough-ish.. She doesn't have any discharge and doesn't shake her head.
Active and eats... Mostly does it when she sees us or when eating.
But if I look real close she breathes with her mouth open and looks to be a bit "low" under her beak. Like her skin is puffed out.
I've looked at gapeworm but don't think that's it....
Please please help!!

Rite now she is laying down outside and lifts her head up every time she inhales. I've looked down her mouth n didn't see any blockages. And her crop isn't hard.

Her crop seems soft and low down her chest... Almost underneath her belly. Not sure if that's normal...
Just trying to list as many helping bits of info!
My lil mutt cockerel's crop is big and hard too. But us eating still n as active as ever.
What is going on??
