Please help! I don't want to lose my baby chick!

I have a Silkie chick, and some sort of black Bantam chick. They are with a bunch of chicks that are bigger than them. And the big Leghorns pick up the Silkie and the bantam up by their toes!!! Now the black Bantam is limping, and the Silkie can't stand at all!! I am not worried about the bantam, for he is okay, running around, eating, drinking, but it's the Silkie I'm really worried about. She can't stand, she can't eat, she will only drink if I dip her beak in some sugar water. I am really scared that I will lose her! I put the Bantam and PomPom (the Silkie) in a seperate brooder, away from the Leghorns. I think I may lose her tonight. Help me!!!

The baby didn't make it... I feel so sorry for her. I loved the little Pompom.
