Please Help...i Saw Worms!

I gave my chickens ground pumkin seeds mixed with yogurt and cayenne pepper. I was raking out the coop, and saw 2 poops with long spaghetti like worms. One was alittle thicker, about 2 inches long, and still wiggling. Thin and white. I'm so upset...I suspected something was wrong since these heavy breed have had on going diarrhea, and are losing weight. They are half the size of their 7 month old off-spring. They just look lousy.
I'm NOT sure if giving the seeds were just a coincidence, but I really need help if I should give a wormer. I've never given it, and don't know the first thing on dosage, and I am alittle afraid to use it. Please send me detailed advice, I really appreciate it...THANKS!

Wazine 17-3 TBSP per gallon of water should do the trick or perhaps the pumpkin seeds already did it.
