Please help identify foot problem

I was just looking at my ladies and noticed one of them has the telltale bulge of bumble foot between two of her toes, but another has someone going on that I really can’t identify. Can anyone tell me what’s going on here? Everything looks inflamed and angry, but with no specific abscesses. No raised scales like mites. Maybe a little gnarled like gout? But nothing like pics I’ve seen online so I’m not convinced.

Looks like a small tumor or cyst to me. Is it squishy? If so, it may simply be an infected cyst from being poked somehow???

It’s not just one spot. It’s her entire feet. They’re both inflamed all over with redness between the toes and a tad bit gnarly looking, in addition to the little squishy looking spots here and there. The dewclaw also looks a bit deformed.
