Buff orp and the other looks like it will be mottled, ancona perhaps?

I think the black and white one is a leg horn, the variety starts with an E but it iludes me at the moment

I think you mean exchequer leghorn? It's possible, but they're pretty rare.

If they came from McMurray, buff orp and a mottled ancona. If they came from Ideal, there is a chance it could be an exchequer leghorn or a mottled ancona.
