Please Help Identify

Hey Guys, I recieved my order from Mcmurray Hatchery 6 weeks ago. I had a mixed batch of 30, SLW, BA, ORPS, and DELS. Of course, they sent me a free exotic.
His/her legs are green. Looks like the comb may be rose. A very skittish bird unlike the rest of the flock who are very tame. Size wise, it is a lot smaller than the rest but I don't think its a bantam . . .more like a leghorn would compare to a dual purpose breed.
I hope someone can tell me what breed this is and gender.
Sorry about the pics, this bird is difficult to pose.

I am going to guess Silver Spangled Hamburg?

The comb is large and so I would guess cockerel, but I have never raised that breed. I am just guessing...don't get rid of him/her based on this guess!

Yep, thanks guys. After looking up that breed it is definatly a Silver Spangled Hamburg. I hate tho that it is a rooster but I just lost my free range bantam rooster last week so I may put him out with my bantam hens when he's older.
