Please help! Is she a he?

I need assistance with this one she is 12 weeks old I was told she was an ameraucana chicken from TSC however I don’t believe that is the case legs are a green color I posted what I could get of her but I’m not sure if she is a he very sweet temperament I’m just concerned since she had long feathers but it could be her breed which I’m not sure what that is either any and all help would be greatly appreciated this is my first time owning chickens and we already had one rooster and I’m afraid I have more thank you in advance!!

Definitely not an Ameracauna but probably some kind of Easter Egger mix. Looks like a pullet to me.
