Please help me, breed ideas and/or gender?

This sweet chicken is a complete mystery to me. She was sold to me as a black silkie (HA!), I knew that wasn't what she was but I didn't really care. I was also told she was 2 1/2 weeks when I got her but I'm thinking she was older than that as she looks way older and bigger than my other girls that are just supposedly a week behind her. I call her a her, but clearly, I have no idea. My guess is she's about 12 weeks, maybe? My other girls are about 9 1/2 weeks (mottled cochin bantam and buff rock) and 8 weeks (silkies). I'm a first timer so I'm totally in the dark here.

Hmmm, Welsummer. I see some resemblance, definitely.Her eyes are much lighter though. Is it possible she's just some kind of a mutt and I'll never know? Here is another pic of her face up close. I love this one with the other girls in the background. It's perfect because she is like the Mama and they all follow her around.

I have no idea but she's pretty! She looks a lot like my black sexlink hen, Rudy, but with twice as much red on her body.

It's a mixed breed pullet. Very pretty, but definetly not a Welsummer.
