Please help me end a bet

Well my friend insistes on feeding dumor feed. I told him that it was not good for them. Can anyone back me up that there are alot better feeds?

funny that you mention this.
the last bag of feed i got was from tractor supply, don't remember the brand tho. but chickies don't seem to like it too much.
but that gets to my ongoing debate with hubby. he thinks chickens need corn.
I keep telling him they NEED laying pellets. normally i give them layena. corn is candy. right now their candy is a flock block, and it actually has good stuff in it. they also get lots of watermelon, scraps and yogurt.
