PLEASE HELP ME IDENTIFY/ SEX THIS CHICK

This chick is almost 4 weeks old. All the other chicks in its batch have tail feathers. Can you please help me identify breed/sex. Thank you so much.

With that comb at 4 weeks my guess would be roo, but I'm new so wait for others to respond.

Likely male by the size and color of that comb. Where did you get it from? Might help narrow down what breed. Difficult to say for sure what breed at that age, but looks like a Speckled Sussex.
