Please help me identify

I would appreciate any help. I have no idea what breed this little chick is. It's about three weeks now and it's still tiny. I'm assuming Bantam of course but Bantam what? I can't find any other chick that looks like this one. I'm not very good at guessing breeds yet and this is the smallest I have had. Thank you in advance!

If it's a bantam, I'm guessing it's a White Old English Game bantam. It's also a cockerel.

Thank you for responding. I was guessing a boy too. He is just so tiny and have been unlucky finding anything like him in pictures or descriptions. He was given to me at a few days old. He's a mystery.
