Please help my chickens have tapeworms

Can anyone give me information on how to worm my chickens. One of them had tapeworms when I got them and now my dogs, cats, and chickens have them?!?
I need workers for chickens asap please.......

Little white moving worms in my dogs poop? I *believe they're tape worms? Had one chicken who came with loose stools and not laying didn't think anything of it... this dog loves eating chicken poop...
