Please help my turkey can't walk!

I picked him up on June 21 only a few days old. He started off on med feed the on to showbird 22% protein. I don't free fed he gets a small portion in the morning and evening. Now his joints are so swollen he can't stand he has been down about 5 days eating and drinking normally. The vet has him on Rimadyl twice a day but he isn't getting any better. Any advice or help would be much appericated!!!! Like I said his diet has been properly monitored.

Can it move its legs at all or are they "locked" at the joint?

They are full of fuild almost golf ball size. Locked at the joint

I would wrap it snug not tight with an iodine soaked ace bandage, I've seen this before but only in chicks. What breed is it? Rio grande?

I believe I used rock salt and iodine

Bronze he has been down for a week and yesterday was the first day of antibiotics and it just keeps getting worse. He has been on Rimadyl and now he is on Mobeck nothing seems to be helping
