PLEASE HELP! NEED ANSWERS! HURT CHICK!

We went to our feed store today to pick up our chick order when one of the road island reds was crawling around and wasn't doing good at all. The feed store assistance's were going to give up on her and let her die when we said that we would help nurse her and try to make her well.
She has really crocked legs and we need to know how to fix them and any tips would be appreciated. We read online that if you put the legs together with vets tap or other gentle tap it will correct the crocked legs but it looks like the joint is hurt so were wondering if it will work.
I will try to load a pic of the chicks legs later because it isn't working right now and if you have name ideas we are still looking for one for her.

I don't think its spraddle leg if it looks like the joints are bad, theres a condition in some chicks that causes the tendons to be not in the right place, I've never been sucessful with fixing that problem. Can you post a pic so we can see if its spraddle legs or not, treatment is different for what I mentioned then spraddle legs

Now that I got it to load here are the pic of the chick the first pic is of the legs the second pic is of what wee did but the feet are curled inward instead of like normal.

hard to tell without seeing it stand with out the tape etc. but it looks like a deformity and not spraddle legs I hope someone else can be more help to you.
