Please Help New Coop and Hens NOT using nesting boxes

We just moved our three hens to a new coop and they are laying their eggs in the gravel

How do I get them to use the nesting boxes?
 
Have you tried putting golf balls in the boxes? maybe do that and keep them in it for a week. Good luck
