hello,
for years I have wanted to raise ducklings, I once had a duck and I loved him soooo much. my family has always had ducks in the past and I desperately want to raise them!
but coming up to the date when I would be collecting the duckling I have gotten a bit nervous. I don't want to not be able to do anything else while I have them. dose this mean that if I have two ducklings and they are imprinted to me they will never be comfortable when im not there or do they find some comfort in being with each other? dose anyone have any experience raising ducklings?
thank you

Well, when you have animals that are dependent on you, there is a change in schedules.
after about 2-3 weeks, you don't need to supervise them so much.

don't let them imprint on you to that degree. just check on them every so often (every other hour), talk to them, pick them up, whatever. but don't hover around so they get used to be with each other and without people.
