Please help! Should I worry about this?

This is my one year old EE. She looks like she is in a lite molt. I checked for lice and mites and nothing. Should I be worried about this rash like look on her face and neck?

I can't quite tell from the picture, but my guess is that she is going through a molt if she is losing feathers.

As for her face, chickens faces will change color according to the seasons, both roosters and hens. Hens brighten when they are getting ready to lay.

Might another bird be pecking off her face feathers?

I don't see a 'rash', but the pic really isn't clear enough.
