Please help! Sick chicken

I’m not sure what’s happening with our chicken still? Could she have merrecks disease? She’s Not any better than yesterday and her feet don’t seem to be working ok. She’s walking on her legs kinda like a shuffle. We’re new to chickens so any help is much appreciated! She’s a 17 week old cuckoo maran

I don't have any advice for you, as I am not experienced when it comes to sick chickens. However, I wish you and your chicken luck, and hopefully someone with more expertise will come along soon.

Generally with Mareks the legs splayed forward and back. Is she laying yet?

No not yet, we talked to a girl from the feed store and i she thought she might be over heated so we have her in the house resting now!

Sometimes eggs can push on nerves and it can cause leg problems. Can't say for sure if that's what it is. I would wait and see how it goes. I doubt you can do anything more. Hopefully it resolves.
