please help URGENT

please help we have 24 chicks 3 week old and tonight they started picking at each others backs to the point that several of bleeding please advise

they are likely to be bored, or to confined, try giving them something to do/ a bigger space. also coat the injured ones with wound powder or something similer and keep them away from the others until they heal, otherwise they will kill one or more because of the blood. give them all more protein ( like meat scraps, soft cheese pet mince/ human mince) and that should help them.
