I noticed yesterday some bumps and blood on Griffin's face, which I thought were pecks from other chickens, because she is still young and bullied by others, but today I noticed much bigger bumps, but no blood on Vampire, which made me more worried, because she is one of the top in pecking order.

There is one on the side of her "lips" and one on her comb.

you can see how big it is here:

(it would be funny how angry she looks, if I wasn't worried)

I washed the bumps and around gently with soap and sanitized it carefully not to get her eyes and put zinc ointment on top. I don't know what else to do. I really love her, she is so beautiful, even though she only gives one egg in couple days cause the little critter eats them (I think).

Please help... oh also she doesn't seem to have mites, I checked her ears, under wings... oh. I checked her legs too, seems like there are some bumps between her fingers. I forgot to check her vent. Will do tomorrow, I don't want to disturb her today anymore.

I am not an expert and have only owned chickens a very short while so please keep that in mind as I don't want to unnecessarily worry you... however, if you search up chicken comb diseases, one of the first results is fowl pox.

Found this when I searched fowl pox...

To me the bumps look slightly similar... perhaps you should check the inside of their mouths as well?

I understand there are two different types, wet which effects the mouth and throat and dry which effects the comb and I believe possibly the legs. I've also read that if a chicken has this, it does not necessarily mean that the disease will be fatal, and they can still live quite well even with this disease so please keep that in mind.

I would recommend searching similar threads as I'm sure they'd have a lot more information.

I hope this helps!!!

The bumps between her toes might be some slight bumblefoot, but I doubt it's related to her face problems.
It looks like it could be fowl pox.
Here's a picture of a chicken with an average case of fowl pox.

It can affect the face, comb, and wattles.

It only truly becomes dangerous if it's wet pox, which is these spots accompanied by some respiratory problems and mucus.
Here's a couple articles/threads.

oh no... thank you for your time... Does it mean every bird has it now? we are expecting chicken babies. I don't want to bring them to a germ war-zone. Is it transmited to humans too? by air? by touch? I will read, just please, these are my biggest concerns

also... you said it might be ok if it's dry, it doesn't seem to bother her. she didn't even flinch, when I was washing the bumps. I am reading the thread and the links and they say they will survive, if it is dry, but... does it mean they will have the bumps forever? or is it like chicken pox (irony) at humans, when you get it once and then you are immune?
