Please help with humidity levels at lockdown!!!!!!!

I need help with the humidity during lockdown. I've heard it should be 70-75 and 80 to 85. What should it be at with one of those styrofoam bators?

I like 65-75

In dry west texas, If I can get up to 65 in the foamabator we are doing fantastic. I would prefer 70.

I need some more help please!!!! I put my eggs in the bator on March the 29th at 10 pm. Which day exactly and what time do I turn up the humidity and put them in lockdown. And do I candle them right before that? I did them on day 10 and took out the bad ones. I can't see in most of the blue ones to see if anything is in there alive. Will the explode on me?
