please help with sick showgirl

Im hoping someone has some ideas for me...this morning my 6-7 month old showgirl did not come out of the nest. All the other chickens came out, we gave her a couple hours and she never came out. We pulled her out of the nest box and she seams lethargic. She was out running around as usual last night. I have brought her in the house today and she is just standing there, she wont eat (i even offered her favorite yogurt) and she wont drink. Also has not pooped in the last 4 hours. Im not sure what to do. She looks fine, eyes are clear, she just wont move around really, just stands there. This is very unusual for her. She has not laid any eggs yet, so i cant imagine she has gone broody. I have not wormed my chickens, I have a very small younger flock (all 6-7 months) so I dont know if that could be an issue, I have never seen any worms, mites or bugs. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!! I love my little Zsa Zsa and want to help her. Thank you so much!

That's a puzzler. She could have something wrong internally, especially if she's never laid an egg, and especially if the rest of the flock is fine. I'm not familiar with this breed but 6 months seems a little old not to have started laying. Do you have other showgirls that are laying?

Have you checked at night for lice/mites? Some species can only be seen at night, and they are very tiny. You might only see tiny eggs at the base of the feathers. They can have a load of worms without your seeing them in the poop, though that's pretty young for one to have so many that they get sick.

She's a little old for cocci, but it does happen to older birds sometimes. Maybe one of these links will help.

Thank you for the info. I am going to get wormer tomorrow for her, My other question would be could it be possible that she has gone broody. She is half silkie and have turken. She has not laid eggs yet though. She has eaten very little today and I cant seem to get her to drink.
