Please help with these roo's.

I need to do a refresher on my genetics (the wife is a maths/science teacher) but my problem is that none of Slick's possible parents had feathered feet. How can they then be dominant, hang on, I can vaguely remember some of this from school.

Are there any 'Genetics for Poultry Breeder Wannabees'? My brain is too tired and the red wine isn't helping

Slick's feet, with feathers.

Slick's face.

I am not really concerned what breed he is, he has been handled since birth by myself and my daughter and has a beautiful temperament. When we feed the chooks in the morning Slick will usually launch himself onto my arm /shoulder/head just to be first in line line, yet he has n ever pecked me,my daughter or my 7 month little boy. He is a beautiful bird and deserves to be bred from.
