Please help with uploading Avatar. I had to change usernames.

Hello moderators. Could someone please help me post my avatar? Miss Prissy did it for me last time. For some reason my computer will not accept the pic. even though it is the correct size. I was a victim of hacking recently and my email account and Ebay account were being used by a third party, somewhere in Nigeria, to buy many, many items. I had to close everything and start anew. Looks like I have to be a "new egg" again.

What happened was that you were trying to upload it from your album here on BYC. Avatars must be uploaded directly from your PC.

Thank you, thank you.. Wow, I had no idea. I had tried so many times. That's good news. Now I can add an avatar on the garden site.

I've been trying to change my avatar..
I want to use one that shows -both- my dogs

I have tried uploading it several times..I finally figured out how to make it small enough, but it still won't replace my other one..
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong!

clear your 'cache' or 'temporary internet files' i had this same issue
