We got ducks this winter not knowing that there water would be this much of a problem

. We have tried putting water containers inside water containers, we have tried huge water containers and we have tried multiple water containers and nothing works

. We are starting to have trouble keeping good water for them and they are causing trouble when we try to go on trips

. Does anybody know how to give them a water container that they can't spill the water out of?

Do you mean...what water container will they not tip over?

Or what water container can we use that they will not make a mess with?

Ducks will always make a mess... No matter what

I have had great success with those thick flexible rubber tubs for horse feed. They are shallow and wide, and don't get tipped over. But, with ducks you need to dump them out every day, rinse out and refill.

I should have said, I had ducks, they were adorably cute....I loved them. They were great fun to watch.

But after a year I simply couldn't handle the mess any more. They were so delicious that I am often tempted to buy some ducks again...but only keep them until slaughter age.
