My 18 weeks Polish Crested hen is acting extremely off. Yesterday she wasn't with the flock the majority of the day. I assumed it was because of her general lack of good vision (huge head plume). She typically calls out with a special cry when lost and they come back to her.

This morning I found her on the coop floor alone laying in the dirt. She won't stand and is just laying in my lap.

I'm so sorry to hear that.

Make sure she isn't over-heating, make sure she is hydrated. Check her for egg-binding. Next, get vitamins and electrolytes into her, she may have a riboflavin deficiency.

Are there any symptoms of trouble breathing, wet droppings, swollen face, mites, ect?

I've already given her electrolyte water in a syringe. I'm not sure exactly how to check for egg binding. She hasn't begun laying, but it's absolutely possibly that is the problem.
