My little silike has been being picked on by some batamas, tonigh they pecked her bad, I have no clue what to for her please any advice

For injuries I do Blu Kote and maybe some antibiotic ointment.

Sounds like she needs to have a separate pen maybe with another chicken friend who is nice? So sorry to hear the news of your silkie being hurt.

I have her in the house now, but they got her neck good

The SAME EXACT THING happened to me a year ago. Literally down to the little silkier detail. I put her in a dog crate with a heat lamp for a few days. She got better and there is just scars left. Make sure that your little girl is eating and drinking. while she is healing re home the aggressive one. Once there it blood it is a chicken instinct to kill. So you don't need to permanently separate her. This is mine now:
