Please help

I have no idea what's going on with my girl and I'm starting to get worried it may affect the rest of the flock. Shes had one side of her face swollen. For 24 hours now. It hasn't gotten worse or better. She isn't showing any other symptoms at all, but I'm worried about what it could be. Someone please help!

Could she have been stung, or bitten by something? Can you look into her ear canal to see if it is swollen or has any drainage? Try inserting a QTip.

I checked her ears and nothing seemed out of the ordinary but I didn't try with a q tip so I'll give that a go. Hopefully that's all it is!
