Can someone please help figure out whats wrong with my girl? She started acting a little weird a few days ago but then seemed fine for the days following. Then yesterday she seemed off again. She was just acting sleepy but was still eating and drinking and getting around just fine and then I come out to the coop this morning to see what’s in the video. Please help!

Can you get photos of her eyes?

I'd start her on vitamin therapy. Give her 400IU Vitamin E and 1/4 tablet B-Complex daily along with the egg for the uptake of E.
See that she's staying hydrated and eating.
I agree, I'd also check her crop to make sure it's emptying.
When was her last egg?
