Hello. I am new to the community. I have just started everything with chickens. I have a question. I had to separate my rooster from my chickens because he kept beating the chickens up. Now my chickens are laying eggs but I can't hatch them without the rooster doing his thing. Will it still work if I put the eggs in the rooster pen?

No. Chickens need to mate for fertile eggs.

We're they raised together? If not, how were they introduced? How much space do they have?
