Hi

I am sending this message with the hope to find some advice and help.
Sadly, I might need to rehome my beloved 8 chickens (5 roosters and 3 hens) due to unexpected circumstances.

I wonder if you could advice on who to contact get help with rehoming.

I appreciate any bit of help.

Hi, sorry this is happening, it is very difficult to give away feathered babies (they take little bits of our hearts with them)

Please change the header to include information like "state, city/county" and "# hens/#roosters" to re-home. You will want to post in your state thread and sometimes local places like a feed store will have a bulletin board (or tell someone working there) . If Craigslist or Kijiji is popular in your area sometimes that helps too. Tell people you know who are especially gossip-prone they tend to be useful when getting the word out.
