Please help!

Evening,
Our runner duck started to bite away the egg shell on the ducklings that started to pip.

Killed 2 ducklings. Rest of the eggs are now removed but I still have this fella. Egg half eaten. Do i let nature take its course or do i intervene? Still breathing and moving but not very active. Thank you
