PLEASE HELP

See if they move and I don’t have any photos just videos
You have video of when you candled them? Are you able to post it. Also just because you see no movement or hear anything doesn't always mean they are dead. Hatching takes a lot of energy and effort on the little chick and they have long periods of resting

Do you have pictures of the eggs while you candled them? did you see any movement? day 21 is when they are supposed to be hatching, but it could take till day 22. I wait till around day 23 to check for life by just candling. Can I ask the reasoning behinded putting the egg in water? Ive never heard of that.
The "Water Candling" technique- people did that way back in the day. It is outdated (technically). Basically it is like a float test (for fresh eggs) and a flashlight. I have issues with it because of the gas exchange, etc- mother usually protects the young from such extreme changes in temperature, pressures, etc. I always go by 'if it is a baby on land- dont put it in the water'. I will echo you- I had some eggs where I said 'okay- they are no good, im going to throw in the towel'... woke up the next morning and I had chicks! lol.

That's very interesting, it's definitely something I've never heard of.
I always leave my eggs in for a few days for that very reason. Day 23 was my latest for an egg so far. I really thought it was a bad egg. But then the night of day 22 it pipped and the next morning I had a little fluffer.
