Hard to say for sure with it not being fully feathered. The wing feathers look more partridge type than red.

Ok so how old do they have to be so that you could tell what breed they are?

Several factors help in narrowing down what breed a chicken is. What color the feathers are, what pattern develops, comb type, and the color of the bottoms of the feet all help to figure it out. Once most of the down has been replaced by feathers, it will be easier to tell.
