Please lock, I moved to Emergency

I have a chick that I just hatched on Friday. He has what looks to be possibly his intestines hanging out of his little behind. I have never had this before and am unsure what to do, of if there even is anything that I can do. It is still soft tissue, but it is getting hard now. I am watching him, but still don't know if he is able to poo. He is eating and drinking. Below is a picture of this. Any ideas? advice? suggestions?

Sorry, I'm a chicken newbie and have no idea what to do for this poor chick. Good luck to you both, though.
