Please need help

Hi all,
I want to ask a question but don't sure about the approbriate section to post in, I hope this is the right one. Ok my question is Can i raise some pigeons in the coop with the chickens without diseases, my coop is large and has good area.

The issue concerns me is that they will drink water from the same waterer chickens drink from and also the food, so are there any problems,

any help will be appreciated,, ( rate my english. I'm swiss, sorry about any mistakes above )

if they were raised together it probably wouldnt be bad....depends on the chickens.
