All right so I know you have to leave chicks in the incubator till they’re fluffy and I woke up this morning in one chick was currently fluffy one chick was partly out how long do I leave them in the incubator also if I need to open it to get a fluffy check out but there’s one that just hatched it won’t affect the just hatched chick right

Some would say that it’s the best time to remove the fluffed one, when another has just hatched. The humidity level goes up by quite a bit when there’s a newly hatched wet chick in there. I personally haven’t had any issues with the remaining eggs when removing chicks, but if you want to err on the side of caution...

As long as you have a warm brooder ready to go there's no need to keep them in the incubator after they hatch.
I move chicks immediately after hatch.

On the other hand I have heard that some people leave them in the incubator until every chick has hatched or it’s been 2 (or 3!) days since the first one hatched.

Keep an eye on the hatched ones and make sure to take them out if they look too hot. Otherwise it’s just like hatching with a broody hen, she will wait until she doesn’t think any more are hatching before taking the chicks to food and water.
