Please tell me he's not a he EE

We just picked up two beautiful pullets yesterday. 4 months old. Something is telling me the one may actually be a rooster. The seller was very nice and said if there were any mistakes in sexing she'd take it back for a trade but I'd like some opinions before we get too attached. My hens are bullying the newbie grey one as expected a bit but are pretty much leaving this one alone. Only the one hen gave a little chase.

But in reality, he is definitely a rooster. Sorry. At least the seller has given you an escape clause! Definitely a boy! Absolutely no colorful eggs coming for him.

I agree! That is definitely a boy, especially with that coloring. I already see roo tail feathers coming in also. I hope you are able to get a trade!

The red on the wings, the red on the comb.. both telltale signs even if you aren't looking at the feathers/tail! Sorry.
